A number of us wrote a complex and lengthy marketing document for an asset sale process. The document included complex diagrams, detailed and complicated tables and financial projections. Daya Halai received a messy and ugly word document from us (i.e. the transaction team) and miraculously converted it into a very well structured, graphically rich, tidy and well-presented marketing document. We went through numerous iterations of the document over a number of weeks and Daya Halai ‘s attention to detail and technical ability was impressive throughout the process.
