To market the current messages of each collateral, with a focus on information design and clarity.

Elements Brochures, Annual Reports and Private Placement Memorandums.

SYNOPSIS

All of the collateral was designed specifically for the EMEA market, with clean and conceptual design, whilst adhering the brand.

The brochure requirements were to showcase the assets brought throughout the year, for each of the funds. This was initially highlighted with the entire asset collection on the inside cover, in colour blocks, for an instant impact. Followed by a clean informative layout for each section page, with metallic imagery and textures, with the respective section image highlighted in colour, with reference to initial inside cover.

The Public Partnership Fund annual report was required to showcase its global presence. This was illustrated through a unique design of an abstract globe, the section pages, replicates this globe design, highlighting the assets in the respective global region. The bold design and simple use of colour also reflects strength and sophistication of the fund. The report continues to echo this design through page layouts and information design.

The European Infrastructure Fund, private placement memorandum’s purpose was
to illustrate the type of investments they had planned. This is designed through the use of silhouette shapes of potential deals, on the section pages, with the front cover image showcasing the planned end result. The factual content is designed to be distinctive
and structured for information clarity and interest.

The Turkish Infrastructure Fund, private placement memorandum’s purpose was to highlight the many different infrastructure deals they had planned. This is designed through the placement of many squares, each square an image of a deal. The page layouts, colour palette and information design is carefully designed to encompass
two brands, Babcock & Brown and Akfen.

The European Infrastructure Fund annual report objective was to highlight its modern outlook. This is achieved through the use of dynamic imagery representing the assets, and the layout, which is designed with an overlay of other assets, with a creative texture. The pages continue this concept with the layout of text, in diagonal columns, and for clarity of information.
