Requirements To design Service and Sector icons for a recruitment consultancy. The icons were required to be flexible, adaptable and image based for placement over different mediums and to capture the brand’s personality; Honest; Reliable; Consultative; Flexible; Knowledgeable; Professional; Supportive; Creative; Relationship builders. The design was required to be clean and modern, have heritage and history due to its long history, be sophisticated and conservative for its corporate clients and be friendly for its agencies and arts institutions clients.
Elements Logo enhancement and Icons.
SYNOPSIS
The simplicity of the icons allows for flexibility and adaptability. The balance of conservative and creative, as well as capturing the brand was achieved through; the use of square shapes but to have rounded corners; using concepts for graphics which allowed the use of simple graphics; the graphics being in the same colour family to make the icon unified but with an effect.
